The UIIA - Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement - is a vital cog in the intermodal shipping wheel. But many in the industry may have questions about this standard contract that governs usage of carrier-owned containers, chassis and trailers by intermodal trucking companies, AKA drayage providers.
